Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day always brings a variety of events and activities to the city of Atlanta and this year is no different. Three of the main attractions this coming weekend are Atlanta Black Pride, Chic-Fil-A Kickoff Game, and Dragon Con. In addition, there are numerous events occurring around the city all week and throughout the long weekend. Click here for a more in-depth look at these events.

Dragon Con begins Friday 9/2/16 and we’ve got a wide selection of mead for both accessorizing and celebrating. With flavors from chipotle cherry to blueberry you can certainly find the perfect mead for you.

We’ve got a diverse and exciting list of new arrivals today.

Southbound Brewing Pictures of Nectar double IPA brewed with elder flower with peaches added.

Jack Daniel’s is celebrating their 150th Anniversary with this elegant bottle.

Abita is also celebrating their 30th Anniversary with this Belgian style IPA.

A bit about the beer from the brewers, “This beer is a Belgain-style IPA that is brewed with a combination of pale, pilsner, and wheat malts. It is hopped in the brewhouse and dry hopped in the aging tank with German Hallertau Blanc hops. This gives the beer a strong but pleasant bitterness and an aroma of grapes and fruit. A Belgian yeast strain is used and this imparts a fruity and estery aroma. The result is a pale IPA that blends the unique flavors and aromas of the hops with the fruity and phenolic Belgian yeast”

Unibroue’s Blanche de Chambly a delicious witbier.

A dry-hopped version of Anchor’s classic Steam Beer.

Smooth Ambler Old Scout single barrel bourbon.
This iteration spent 11 years aging in oak and was bottled at 52.1% alcohol by volume.
