A number of limited release beers arrived today and we’re excited to share them with you.
Allagash Brewing Farm To Face an ale brewed with peaches.**
“Farm to Face is brewed as a pale ale and then fermented for ten months in stainless tanks with house yeast. After primary fermentation, we add pediococcus, lactobacillus, and a whole lot of peaches. In fact, for every gallon of beer we add three pounds of peaches from our friends at Applecrest Farm in New Hampshire.” -Allagash

Wicked Weed Pom Roselle a Barrel-Aged American sour ale fermented with pomegranate and hibiscus.
“This golden sour is aged in neutral wine barrels. One pound per gallon of ripe pomegranate and hibiscus add a floral complexity to this sour ale. Once this beer reaches its pinnacle, we blend the barrels to attain the perfect harmony of our house sour culture with pomegranate and hibiscus.”
