wine

2013 VAJRA ROSSO, LANGHE $12.99

Vajra Rosso is an introduction to Piedmont reds. Fruitiness, freshness and a good structure,

combined with great personality. The blend is primarily Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera, with

deft touches of Albarossa, Freisa and Pinot Noir. Subtle earthy undertones surround the fruit

features of the wine and tend to show great with the traditional flavors of turkey and stuffing.

domfussaics

2014 DOMAINE FUSSIACUS, CHARDONNAY, MÂCON CHANTRÉ $16.99

This wine is fresh, rich and opulent melon and exotic fruit nose with nuances of lemon tart and

delicious crisp acidity. Fruit driven, weighty palate of stone fruit, revealing the mineral origins of

its terroir. Unctuous and nicely rounded, finishes with elegance. This well-balanced white is

surrounded by herb and mineral undertones, making it a prime pairing candidate for turkey and

mashed potatoes.

barcinocava

NV BARCINO CAVA BRUT $13.99

Incredible value Cava made exactly the same way as Champagne, with a second fermentation in

the bottle. If you like bright, zesty citrus flavors and the fine bubbles of Champagne this is

perfect for you without breaking the bank. This sparkling will bring both: elegance and

phenomenal food-pairing versatility to virtually any meal, but with Thanksgiving these wines

really shine.

noteblue

2015 NOTE BLEUE ROSÉ, CÔTES DE PROVENCE $14.99

Gorgeous pale pink color with soft and shiny reflections. This crisp and precise 2015 has a lovely

mineral freshness with delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits and white flowers. On the palate

white cherry and strawberry flavors follow through to a full body and tangy acidity with plenty

of flavor at the finish. Great thanksgiving pairing, mostly for those not settle on red or white.

domspecht

2013 DOMAINE SPECHT, RIESLING, VIN D’ALSACE $16.99

This aromatic wine shows concentrated orchard fruit—apple and pear with a strong mineral

backbone. It’s laced with racy acidity and great texture. Excellent choice for dishes that are

spicy, salty or sweet. Riesling’s innate flavors of apple, apricot, honey and its clarifying acidity

give it a significant pairing edge with the likes of sweet potatoes, turkey meat and spice-laden

or herb-filled stuffing, give it a try!
